A fully browser-based web application – no app download needed, tailored to your event. The Event Cockpit guides your guests like a common thread through the entire event – from registration to wrap-up. Information, interaction and communication in one place.
FLAVE covers the entire event process – from the first save-the-date through invitations, bookings and check-in to lead management, measurable interactions and reporting. Every module can be integrated into your process on its own. Already using tools? We’ll plug in. Want the full package? We’re happy to take care of that too. One module, several or the whole system – we step in exactly where you need us.
A fixed team supports you through the entire process – with one central contact. We integrate into your workflows and start exactly where it makes sense for you – fast and direct thanks to in-house development. Short paths, direct coordination, with a fixed team by your side.
Personal service instead of an anonymous tool.
The FLAVE Event Cockpit brings information, interaction and communication together in one place – throughout the entire event. Where it’s used and which functions it combines depends on your event logic.
Six qualities that turn an event app into a real communication channel to your guests.
From personalised invitation to measurable interaction: the cockpit is the digital common thread for your guests – with information, services and functions tailored to your event.
We build the cockpit the way your event works – integrated into your processes, not based on predefined templates. Here are three typical focus areas; the implementation follows your workflows and goals.
How the personal FLAVE Event Cockpit, targeted interactions and the stage show worked together – from live surveys and quizzes to feedback and photo actions.
The roots of today’s Event Cockpit go back to 2017. An early development step was the Navigator for Event Horizon 2018: the browser-based solution brought personal information and interactions straight to guests’ smartphones. It reached almost 100% usage and won Silver in the “Use of Technology” category at the Bea World Festival.
