One scan point, many uses.

FLAVE kiosks are mobile, wireless scan points for your event. They record participation where it happens – at congress check-in, in sessions and workshops or at stations throughout the venue. Guests scan their badge via QR code or NFC, with no extra staff needed.

Record participation, activate guests

Depending on the event logic, a kiosk takes on different tasks: it documents attendance for CME points, manages access to sessions, records times or becomes a station for competitions, quizzes and scavenger hunts. All scans come together in the FLAVE system in real time and are available for reporting, certificates and records.

Because the kiosks are light and wireless, they can be set up and moved quickly – from the entrance to the hall, from the exhibition area to the evening event or from stop to stop on a roadshow.
